Hello,

We have implemented a Feedback Tab intercept across our website which serves 2 purposes:

1. Provide users with the option for leaving feedback regarding webpage content access & usefulness 
2. Provide users with redirect options to our 3 most frequently used support channels

The 4 options are listed within the same menu in the first page of the survey, and we’ve set it to auto-finish if the user selects any of the support options.

Unfortunately, once the survey auto-finished and the thank you page is displayed to the users, we necessarily have to ask users to refresh the tab if they want to see the options menu again.

Does anybody know how we can set the intercept to refresh either itself or the browser tab, after the survey is completed?
