Restrict user to take survey once per confirmation number. Must be able to take the survey again if they have a new confirmation number.

I am piping in a confirmation number from the URL. I want respondents to be authenticated based on this confirmation number. With each new stay, they will have a new confirmation number, and should be ale to take the survey again. Any thoughts on how to do this?

Maintain a contact list which holds the confirmation number for which the survey is completed. Add authenticator at the beginning of the survey to check if response is already received for that confirmation number.
