Is there a way to do crosstabs between survey items in a survey result? I.e., for a categorical variable, stratify along a numeric variable - for example question 1 asks about gender and question 2 asks about age in years. How would I stratify question 2 by gender category?

You can use Qualtrics Result feature and create table for cross result under simple table in dashboard. you can also represent it via column, line charts etc.
