I have created multiple surveys using retake links but I am running into an issue I haven’t experienced before. This survey is being used for two different references to submit letters of recommendation for the same candidate. The first reference answers a multiple choice question and uploads a file. When their submission is received, an email is sent to the second writer do the same thing in duplicate questions. After both have been received, an email is sent to the review board with links to the files.
When I use display logic to hide the first respondent’s questions/answers, the answers are erased upon submission of the retake link. However, if I leave them so they’re visible to the second respondent, their answers are intact.
In my past experiences (with more complex surveys), I have not experienced this problem. Any idea what I might need to change to correct this?
Note: I have tried using display logic to hide the questions based on Q_URL containing Q_R and using skip logic to jump to the end of the block (bypassing the first respondent’s questions) and both had the same outcome
