Is it possible to send the Qualtrics sentiment analysis scores for a survey answer to Salesforce using Qualtrics workflow?

Please use Salesforce task vis Response Mapping to send your sentiment scores to Salesforce.

You can use the Qualtrics real time Text Analysis feature(available in Survey flow) to capture the sentiments and then use the response mapping workflow to send the data back to SF object.
