Hello! Are there any financial institutions here that are willing to share what their benchmarks for employee and/or branch satisfaction score are? We incent our employees based on satisfaction score but are new to Qualtrics and aren't sure where to start for a goal.

To obtain a benchmark score for your survey questions, you can contact your Qualtrics account manager who will assess your survey question and provide the score and feedback
