Scoring and Displaying Messages

I am new to Qualtrics and developed my survey with scoring ranges for customized messages to be displayed at the end. When previewing the survey, the customized messages are not displaying and I'm unable to determine if the scoring is happening to produce the message. Of note, I am on a 30 day free trial. Any help would be great!

I would create a temporary block of text which displays the scores just to see if they are calculating correctly. Now you can at least isolate the issue.

I did this and have confirmed that the score is being calculated. Any thoughts on next step?

Any chance the survey has to be published for this to work? I still have it in draft form.

It should work whether published or not. I see your Score is not stored as a number and this might make it hard to do any calculations on it. See the support page here: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-flow/standard-elements/embedded-data/#EmbeddedDataOptions
