Scoring under Survey Options is greyed out

Hi!
I want to add scores to my blocks of questions, but when I start in Survey tab, then choose Survey options (with the block highlighted/ticked), the Scoring menu is greyed out. I can't figure out how to make it work and can't find any information on it. In some of the online tutorials I've seen, there's a gear icon to the right of the questions in the block, but there's none in my blocks. (They are matrix, Likert scales, btw). Can anyone give me a hint?

    Kindly check with your Accounts Brand Admin if survey options is enabled for you. Also, you connect Qualtrics Support as this seems as permissions issue which can be easily resolved.
    I hope you're saying about this being greyed out, also a Matrix and likert scale can be scored.
