Hi, I’m having an issue where selecting one answer of a multiple choice question selects the same index of that answer for all questions in the block. I’m not sure why this is happening. Has anyone run into this before?

It seems like the issue you're encountering could be due to the inclusion of code or JavaScripts in your survey or possibly additional logic added in the survey flow. To better understand the problem, please share screenshots of these elements. This will help us understand the issue more effectively.
+1I couldn’t see anything in the survey flow of the block or the javascript of the questions (each question had the same javascript seen below).

Please also check if you added any CSS code in the Look and Feel tab. Additionally, determine if this issue is specific to this survey or if other surveys are encountering the same problem.
If the issue is isolated to this survey and it's not live yet, consider exporting the survey and creating a new one to see if the issue persists.
