I am trying to send some data from data&analysis to SPSS, do I have to export each time that I want to get the data or is it possible to send the responses automatically to SPSS?

SPSS is not a natively supported integration. You would have to write a script yourself using the response export API which would then somehow feed into whatever endpoint you use to ingest data into SPSS.
