Setting up authenticator so respondents can retake their survey once

I have a survey that's acting as a registration form. I'd like to have respondents review and update their responses after a certain amount of time in case any information has changed.
1) Is there a way to set up an authenticator so respondents can view their old responses and update them if needed.
2) If this is done through a retake link, is there a setting that will make the link expire after a single use?
