I have been collaborating on a survey with a coworker since early June, and now I can no longer view the results nor edit. When I click on the Survey (still visible under my “Shared with me Projects”), Qualtrics opens a new tab with a new log in screen. My UN and PW do not work on the screen. The owner has not changed my permissions. Any ideas? Even the “edit Survey” option is active under the <…> menu, but again, I cannot get past the new log in screen.

Regarding the login, have you recently implemented SSO which could be causing this?
Hi - yes, we already tried that. They removed me and added me again, still no luck. SSO has been in place as long as I can remember. You can see the survey is here and edit survey is an active link.
