Show Growth on a Dashboard | XM Community

We are using the survey platform to enter team scores based on a rubric. Teams can score from 1-4 according to the rubric. Scores are entered three times throughout the academic year- BOY, MOY, and EOY. On the dashboard, I would like to show a count of the number of teams who demonstrated growth (an improved score) from BOY to MOY. Basically like a COUNTIF function in excel. COUNTIF MOY-BOY is >= 1. Looking for suggestions on how to translate this to a dashboard widget! Thanks for your suggestions!

@megan.clawson In Data & Analysis, you can use Formula Variable Creation (qualtrics.com) to create a field “Growth” = MOY - BOY.

Your score is from 1 to 4 so Growth will be from -3 to +3. Recode that to Negative, 0, Positive in the DataMapping page of the dashboard and use it as filter for your Count widget.

Let me know if it help 👍
