How can I create a bipolar slider with text on both sides? I only have one statement and I would like to write Left on the left and Right on the right.

a possible solution for this could be to Bipolar variation of the Matrix Table question type instead.

I have the same issue. I need a 0 -100 slider that can rate from Worst to Best with that text at the ends.

It is part of a EuroQol scale. They had a version that worked with Qualtrics [using CSS and JavaScript], but an update in Qualtrics seems to have killed it.

Any help gratefully accepted.

Thank you for this but unfortunately no. I need the labels at the terminal of the scale as in a bipolar question.

Are you using a traditional layout or ‘New Experience’?

Is the EuroQol 0-100 scale you are referring to EQ VAS?
