SMTP Relay authentication using DKIM | XM Community

Hello Team,

 

Our client prefers to use SMTP Relay to transfer all Qualtrics emails to their own email server.

However, they do not wish to use either basic authentication or OAuth 2.0. Instead, they would like to authenticate using DKIM in the emails.

I reviewed the documentation, but DKIM is not listed as a supported option for authentication.

Is there a possible workaround that could be implemented in this scenario?

Hi,

It won’t be a SMTP Relay in that case, but a custom from domain.
