Stats IQ - Wrong number of completes for the month

Hello, I have 18 september responses, but stats IQ says I have only one. This is using the End Date variable/column. In reports, for the same survey/project, it shows 18. What’s going on? Kind of makes stats IQ pointless if I can’t trust it to be correct..

I would try reaching out to Qualtrics Support to see if it may be a glitch in their system that they can fix for you.
