We just had a survey close and see that a handful of recipients responded to the entire survey but didn’t hit submit. Is there a way to submit these on their behalf so they are included in results?

Yes, there are a couple of options. You can retrieve the survey links for those respondents from the Distribution History, open them up, and click Submit for them.

Or, go to Data & Analysis, select the responses you want to submit, and click the “Close” button

Thank you @MatthewM, but this didn’t submit the responses.  I did a call with the help team and have learned the following:

  • Survey must be live – if it has closed, go to Survey Options – Survey availability and edit close date – click Publish
  • Go to Data & Analysis
  • Add a filter (add email or student ID to look up the students)
  • Click 3 dots at the far right and choose Retake Response
  • Copy/paste the URL into a new tab and click through the survey and then click Submit.

Glad you were able to submit those responses! Correct, if Data Collection has been paused or the expiration date has passed, then the survey would have to be made live again in order to collect incomplete responses through either of the two suggested solutions.
