As I enter the survey builder, the browser screen goes blank and nothing displays. It is the same in pre-existing surveys and also new ones. What would be the problem?
I’m using Chrome (updated) under Windows 10 Pro.

+34Happened to me few days back and their was an extension I was using that was preventing from page to load. Please check and try disabling it if you are using any extensions.
+58It happened to me a couple times in the past as well. For me, clearing the browser’s cache fixed the problem.
