I sent a few test email invites to a company domain, hotmail and gmail.
The body of the email includes ${rand://int/1:99999}.
The gmail account stopped receiving the emails.
I have edited the from name, subject and email body and now no email domains are receiving the survey.
Will someone please let me know how to resolve this?
Thank you very much.
I added a Directory settings > Custom rule for the survey with a Frequency limit of Unlimited messages. Unfortunately that only allowed me to send the survey one time to the email address I use for testing.
Check your distribution report if your method has it. You can see if it’s been hardbounce, softbounce, blocked email-distribution-managementetc...
Call Qualtrics support, ask them to check if your emails are in blacklist and remove it. The random number, title are there just to bypass 24h duplicate email rule. There is much more spam protect protocol from both Qualtrics and your mailer that prevent it.
Hope this helps
Thanks for the blacklist info.
