I have added two conditions in the survey flow for one of my questions. I want the respondents to go to a new survey if they select “Yes” and go to the end of the survey is they select “No.” But when I take the survey on my phone, when I choose “Yes,” I will go to the end of the survey. I have published the survey multiple times but it doesn’t update. I have spent hours on it and it is killing me!! The picture is also attached.

Based on the screenshot your config looks fine. I would therefore recommend contacting support for troubleshooting this.

Make sure you have added this logic after the ‘Do you wish to recive the incentive’ question in survey flow.

You can also explore the reference surveys feature to add this in the branch logic when a respondent clicks on ‘Yes’ in your incentive question.
