Survey flow loads empty

Hi,
I have a working survey and for some reason, the survey flow tab doesn't load the existing information. I know it's still there since I have an authentication block and it's working...
Any ideas why it happens and how to solve it?

Add a new question to the recently created or renamed block, then just check if survey flow loads.
