I have a problem with the survey link. I created a simple survey form for a workshop registration. The QR code worked fine, but the link (from the Distribution tab) skipped the first question. I checked the workflow, and there’s nothing wrong with it. I also tried republishing the survey but nothing worked. Please help! Thank you.

It seems like there could be a mistake where Skip Logic or Branch Logic was added to your survey question. Please check if you made any changes to the survey flow. Also, look out for any custom codes that might be causing this issue. I suggest publishing once and then trying again.
