Has anyone experienced this issue in Qualtrics mobile (especially on iPhone)?
We launched a survey, and on the mobile version respondents are repeatedly redirected after answering a question to a Qualtrics page that says: “This Qualtrics page does not match your language preferences.”
When this happens, respondents have to use the browser Back button to return to the survey and continue. However, after a few more questions they get redirected to the same language-preferences page again.
So far it seems to affect mostly iPhone (iOS) users. Has anyone seen this before, and do you know what might cause it or how to fix it?
