Survey (mobile): redirected to “language preferences” page

Has anyone experienced this issue in Qualtrics mobile (especially on iPhone)?

We launched a survey, and on the mobile version respondents are repeatedly redirected after answering a question to a Qualtrics page that says: “This Qualtrics page does not match your language preferences.”

When this happens, respondents have to use the browser Back button to return to the survey and continue. However, after a few more questions they get redirected to the same language-preferences page again.

So far it seems to affect mostly iPhone (iOS) users. Has anyone seen this before, and do you know what might cause it or how to fix it?

This looks like a potential bug in the survey engine's behavior on iOS, it's probably best to have an expert take a look under the hood. I'd highly recommend logging into the Customer Success Hub at https://support-portal.qualtrics.com/ and opening a technical support ticket. If you can provide them with the Survey ID, a specific Response ID where this happened, and a quick description of the iPhone loop, their team will be able to pinpoint exactly what's failing.
