My survey won't seem to start. Data / date parameters seem okay. Help!
It's not helpful that the date numerals don't specify if it's US or UK format.
Survey start
03.02.2023 at 9:00 AM
Survey expiration
04.04.2023 at 12:00 AM
"Survey not started..." message received
+30If you haven't resolved it yet, also check the time zone in your Account Settings and make sure it's set correctly.
Thanks for the comments. Turns out, I selected "refresh account" and it fixed it.
So, still not 100% sure what I may have done incorrectly.
Anyway, problem solved.
