My survey won't seem to start. Data / date parameters seem okay. Help!
It's not helpful that the date numerals don't specify if it's US or UK format.

If you haven't resolved it yet, also check the time zone in your Account Settings and make sure it's set correctly.

Thanks for the comments. Turns out, I selected "refresh account" and it fixed it.
So, still not 100% sure what I may have done incorrectly.
Anyway, problem solved.
