please help the annonymous QR code survey works on iphone but not android phone. we have around 1000 employees waiting to complete the survey. appreciate any help
+34If a QR code is working on a device and not on other then it means the app that is scanning might have the problem and not the QR code. Try different application of android to scan it.
A workaround while not ideal could be sending the employees a link to the survey, rather than a qr code, if you know the 1000 employees that will need it still.
