Survey Results Not Updating Correctly

I've created a survey for which I've been collecting responses using a Qualtrics free account, but I'm experiencing an issue. In the Results tab, it's still showing the original 13 questions from when I first created the survey, and it hasn't updated to reflect the final version, which now has 21 questions that have been reworded. However, in the Data & Analysis tab, it's displaying the final version as I intended. Will this discrepancy affect the results of my survey?

@Tree_Tops Don’t worry, the 21 questions data is still there. Results tab is auto created when publish survey so it’s not updating your change. You have to edit it yourself.
