Everytime I open the Results tab, the below error appears only in some questions.

You can also try to open the tab from PC sometime tightness make the widget go error.
Sometime even advance filter on a page make the widget go wrong.
Recreate the widget to see if the problem persist. If it is, I suggest you go for support.
You may also try to sign out and log in back or try clearing your cache and try again. If the problem still persists you may contact the Qualtrics team and they’ll be happy to help you out.
Try to logout and login using a different browser, if still face issue, you should contact support to solve this.
This happens to me a lot when I’m on VPN.
