I am in the training module Understanding Survey Data > Expert Review: Data Quality > Enable response quality checking. The on-screen text says “To enable quality detection, check the following boxes below:” One of those options is “Bot Detection”. However, when I go into my training account, Bot Detection is not on the list of options to select. Why would that option not be there for me?

To turn on bot detection, you can go to your survey project.Then, click Survey Options> Security> Bot Detection

 


But my list does not include this option like is shows on your screen shot.


@Malschr Are you a brand admin for your account? You may need your brand admin to give you access to use bot detection in your user settings. 


@ash123 I am using a training account going through a course offered publicly by Qualtrics. This could be the reason. If it is, that’s fine. I just wanted to see if it was a setting that I have control over.
