Survey text entries not saving

We have a survey where participants have to enter the amount of time they spent on tasks.  We keep the survey open for a set number of days.  We send out personalized survey links and recently we have noticed that for some participants the survey link is not saving their previous entries. 

 

Has anyone encountered this type of issue before?

    @Erika This should not be the case if you work with personalized survey links and the setting below: 

    For an anonymous survey link the issue would probably that the browser cache/cookies was cleared from one session to another. 

    However, in your case I would reach out to the support.
