My client has a requirement of customizing the survey URL https://abc.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_bqM4S4UwgbFvUG2 needs to be updated as https://abc.qualtrics.com/suvrytestingnotification Can you please check and let me know if it is possible to achieve this?
It not possible to customize the url as required, since survey id must be present in the URL to identify the survey.

You might be able to use 3rd party apps like bitly.com. They help you to customize the URL. Free version have some limitation. However licensed version helps to configure as per your requirement.

You may have to configure domain. So instead of abc.qualtrics.com, you may have to use https://mysurvey.abc.com where abc.com is your domain
Not possible to delete survey ID from url but you can use vanity urls, in case your client want to display branding in link.
