I was hoping to compile 10 + surveys into 1, and their respective language translations. Is this something possible to do? or would the system completely crash? What would be the most efficient way of having these all together?

It’s unclear from your question if this is the same questions in each version just translated into different languages, or separate question sets that you need to apply branching or display logic to for showing appropriate question sets to each respondent.
Regardless, I’m sure it’s possible. You can import questions from another survey through functions available in Qualtrics. You can export translations from one survey and import into another after making sure you match to appropriate question codes in your upload file.

So it’s just a matter of what you’re trying to accomplish.
