Hi! Right now, when I generate test responses, the test respondents are showing in Distribution. Is there a way to disable this? I have an active survey with real respondents (individual links), now every time I test the survey myself in the preview or generate test respondents I have to manually remove the results from Data & Analysis. I don't want my tests in the preview to register at all, and the test responses only to register in the dataset but not in the distribution summary.

Good afternoon from a sunny Sweden!

Yeah you can set the Survey Flow to automatically delete all your test surveys.

In the Survey Flow you set the below

And in the End of Survey you check the box as below

Then all your testing surveys you do via the “preview” button are automatically deleted from the Data & Distribution tab.

All the best

hi @JohannesCE ,

You can use a filter in the data and analysis tab which says ‘Distribution Channel = preview and test’, select all and delete them together. You can use the same filter in the dashboard as well to display only the real responses.
