Hi  Community, hope you’re doing great.


I would like to know, is there any way we can take textIQ topics as embedded data to be able to export that information to Salesforce with its workflow?

Hi @dxconnamnguyen, thank you for your answer. 

The problem is that it seems the Salesforce workflow  doesn’t get any embedded data that is out of the survey flow:

I can see the TextIQ data in Data& Analysis, but in the workflow doesn’t show up:

if you haven’t collected responses you can do the text sentiment analysis within survey flow and get desired embedded data. Refer here

@michael_florez_voce Keep in mind you can only have 5 topic at max so make your choice.
