Hi everyone!

I would like to know which types of permissions the user needs to have active to be able to do a ticket forwarding? Because the user that I created are not be able to access to the user list. They can see the tools part in ticket section but when they go to ticket forwarding they can´t see others users to use as a back up

The only permission you need enabled is the below one and you need to enable ticket forwarding within Tools section.

Along with it, just fyi you need to type a name for list of users to appear in ticket forwarding by default it shows no results.

I checked and found out that this permission was activated, but still the user can not visualiced other users even if they write a name. :(
