I have a survey that collects responders’ contact info. A response to the survey generates an initial ticket. A status change in the initial ticket generates a second ticket. Once the second ticket is closed, I would like to automatically send a follow-up survey to the responder. However, I want this follow-up survey to be sent approximately 2 months after the second ticket is closed. Looking for suggestions on how I might go about this! TIA!

@megan.clawson You can use XM Directory Task (qualtrics.com) and have the option to schedule the time

@Nam Nguyen Thanks for the suggestion. I tried this, but this seemed to be more for scheduling a survey to go out to multiple people at some scheduled future time. Instead, I wanted to be able to distribute the survey on a rolling basis, whereby it is sent to a specific individual two months after the individual’s ticket is closed. We’ve since gone a different direction with this, but thanks for the help!
