I have 3 different URLs in my survey that users can click if they want to learn more information about something. How can I make it so the links open a new tab or window so the user can go back to the survey, and also be able to track whether people click any of the 3 links.

For 1st query you can change it in link options

@LauraS244 This post is long time ago, but I just described in some other topic in detail what to do to track if a link was clicked. Just wanted to link this here as well.
