Tracking Country & City from IP Address for abandoned surveys

Hi Everyone,
I want to track the country and city of my survey taker via the IP Address. I'm distributing the surveys via anonymous links. I want to particularly track the surveys which are abandoned. I have added the below embedded data in my survey flow at the start of the survey blocks. But its only tracking the IP address, but not the city and country. Can anyone tell me what I'm missing here? Or there is any other way to achieve this? I have not enabled the Anonymize Responses button for the survey.
