My translations are not loading for my survey. The drop down selection appears in the preview of the survey but the translations are not loading in the translation overview. Any suggestions on how to proceed?

There could be several reasons for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. Check Translation Settings: Ensure that translations are enabled for your survey. You can do this by going to the Survey Options > Translations, and make sure that the "Enable Survey Translations" option is selected.

2. Verify Language Settings: Double-check that the correct languages are selected for translation. Go to the Translation Overview and ensure that the languages you want to translate your survey into are added and enabled.

3. Review Translation Entries: Check the translation entries for each question and answer choice to ensure they are correctly entered and saved. Sometimes, errors or incomplete translations can prevent them from appearing correctly.

4. Clear Browser Cache: Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try reloading the translation overview. Sometimes, cached data can interfere with the loading of translations.

5. Test in Different Browser: Try accessing the translation overview in a different web browser to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is specific to your current browser.

Thanks, Umang. I tried most of these steps already and am waiting on a response from Support as well. I am glad to know I was on the right path!
