In the Survey Definition event, I see that we can trigger a workflow based on when a survey is Activated, Closed or Published, but how do I trigger when a new Project is created?

As of now, Qualtrics doesn't support triggering a workflow when a new project is created to the best of my knowledge. However, as you mentioned, we can trigger a workflow based on when a survey is activated, closed, or published. Additionally, we can trigger emails based on the survey responses you receive.
