I have created a simple survey which will be sent out via email using unique links. I’ve never done this before, so wanted to create a test contact list to see how it works. I entered 2 names and emails (my boss’s and mine) in the “Create Contact List” dialogue box. When I click on “Create” it gives me an error message: “Unable to create the list. Please try again later.” It doesn’t tell me what I’ve done wrong, or how long to wait until I try again. (I’ve tried several times over the past 30 minutes.) Can anyone help me?

@RachelGrace Try and check if you have all the permissions enabled with your brand admin, if yes, raise it to Qualtrics Support they should be able to help you.
