Unable to download file or export data

I’m unable to export data from the data analysis section, and it even didn’t give the me option to do so. It said I could both export and import data, and I’m not using a free account (not sure though), so I don’t know why I don’t have export data button here.

@Choose a major Is this your survey or someone else? They might turn off your permission as collaborator

I’ve also just found this note about export permission.
“If your Qualtrics account is through your university or organization, this permission may simply be disabled for your account. Please contact your brand administrator to get this permission enabled”
