Unable to edit surveys I created

I am getting this error when I try to edit surveys that I created.  I have edited them in the past.

@paulacavanagh Are you the owner or did it got transfered to someone that are not allowing you to edit? Check at the 3 dot to see if you can still managing that survey

Have you tried seeing if this error appears if you use a different browser or clear your cookies/cache. Or sometimes using a VPN causes issues on the site

These are surveys that I created.  I can do everything but edit, notice it is grayed out?  I can delete, close, etc.

I have tried MS Edge and Chrome and cleared cache.

These are surveys that I created.  I can do everything but edit, notice it is grayed out?  I can delete, close, etc.  

@paulacavanagh If you’re brand admin

  1. Check your Edit permission with user permission under Admin → Users
  2. Collab this project with a different account and use that account to edit (temporary solution)
  3. Contact support if this’s not working, calling is the fastest

I checked and I am a brand admin.  I collaborated with another brand admin, logged in as him and can edit from his login on an older survey. 

When I create a new one, I cannot collab with him it says he has insufficient permissions to receive the project share.

Thank you all for your suggestions.  It sounds like something has gone sideways with our account.

Hm… that’s strange. Have you tried reaching out to support? Maybe they’d be able to look into it if it’s something going wrong on their end.
