"Unable to lookup the database" - Error for inserting a file into survey

Hey, 

I am trying to insert a downable file into my survey. I have followed the steps from https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/editing-questions/rich-content-editor/insert-a-downloadable-file/

However I receive an error message when I try to upload a file saying ‘unable to look up the database’.

I have logged in via my University email.

@Tee101 I believe you don’t have library access.

If you do I would recommend first uploading there and then calling it from survey.

Hi, when I go into my library , ‘add new resource’ , ‘supplemental data source’ and then go to upload a file from my documents , it is saying ‘File is the incorrect type’

 

Could you provide any advice around this please?

I have just gone back and noticed I don’t have a ‘file’ option in my library

I believe an upgrade in license is required or if you can write an JS- API to fetch from external source.
