I created a Qualtrics survey and had it send an email with and individualized unique link. One person says they did not receive the email. Do you know how to resend the email but to make sure that the original link they received can't be used? 

You would have to delete the contact from your original email list, then create a new email list and distribution to send a new link to that contact. In other words, you would repeat nearly all the same steps as your initial distribution just for this one contact.

If you want to save some time and effort, you might consider generating the Distribution History instead, finding this contact’s survey link, and sending that link to the person outside of Qualtrics. That way you don’t have to cancel the original link or create a new one.
