I keep getting this error on the Online mobile app when I try and download the survey. I have gone through the information on mobile optimisation, and not sure what to do. Have changed the theme, to hopefully be more compatible.

As what Nomiblum had mentioned, the New Survey Taking Experience should be turned off.
