URGENT HELP NEEDED: I cannot change the background on any of my surveys

Hi there, I am trying to change the background to my surveys and add a logo but everytime i click on apply it is stuck on the loading screen. I have tried on my laptop, phone and iPad and its the same for all of them. Please help.

That sounds like a performance issue with the platform. I would suggest contacting Qualtrics support at https://support-portal.qualtrics.com/?Q_Language=EN#.
