Hi -

Every quarter I report survey usage (based on responses) and charge each division a percent based on the number of their responses to the overall responses collected. Instead of exporting the list, and then matching the person who built the survey to the corresponding division, I’m wondering if I can assign the survey to a division in Qualtrics.

Is it possible to do this without limiting access/views etc. to the surveys once they’re moved to a division? I don’t want to break anything, just make reporting a bit easier.

Thanks ​@Chhavi_Ch I read through that documentation, but it’s not clear on what the fall out will be if I assign all of my active surveys to various divisions without assigning users with them. I don’t want to mess up workflows/ permissions/ dashboards, etc.

We’re stiving to bring our product line surveys under one umbrella so we can see overarching trends across the enterprise, I’m worried that if I put the surveys into separate divisions, it will prevent us from gathering a more holistic view of our surveys. Or, am I worried for no reason?
