When adding a workflow notification and adding my email, qualtrics automatically says that my email/user is not found.  How do I fix this?

Is the email you enter linked to a Qualtrics-account?

With us Qualtrics can only find Qualtrics-accounts.

Confirm that your email address is associated with an active Qualtrics user account. Sometimes, if your email address is not registered with Qualtrics or if there's an issue with your account, you may encounter this error. Contact Qualtrics support for assistance. They can provide resolve any backend issues related to your account.
