Hi, I need help. In Qualtrics, employees log in using SSO, and this method transfers their information, such as the name of their position. Based on conditions set in dashboard roles using position names, they have access to selected dashboards.I have a case where a user does not see any dashboards. People with the same position do not have this issue. The user’s account in Qualtrics is active. Where can I check what position name was sent for them via SSO (it’s not possible to search for them from the dashboard roles)?

You can check in user admin under roles or user profile. Also check if the user appears in role that you are sharing your dashboard with.
