Question

user does not see any dashboards

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

Hi, I need help. In Qualtrics, employees log in using SSO, and this method transfers their information, such as the name of their position. Based on conditions set in dashboard roles using position names, they have access to selected dashboards.

I have a case where a user does not see any dashboards. People with the same position do not have this issue. The user’s account in Qualtrics is active. Where can I check what position name was sent for them via SSO (it’s not possible to search for them from the dashboard roles)?

You can check in user admin under roles or user profile. Also check if the user appears in role that you are sharing your dashboard with.

Thanks for your answer.
But the user is not there, but others with the same title are visible, can I check somewhere else what data was send by SSO for this user (some other place than in the dashboard user admin)?

@ame  if you go to the “User Admin” tab of any dashboard project, you’ll be able to see that user and check to see what fields are being pulled from SSO.

Hi, thanks.
I was just wondering if there is any other place to check what data was send through sso about the user, other than user admin on dasboards (in this place I cannot find this user, it looks like he doesnt exist, but he doest exist, as I can see him on the list in the admin → Users).

Maybe the user has more than one value in a certain data when the fields are pulled from SSO and the condition that was set up previously only checks for one value in certain data?

Like the example in CX Dashboards Roles where they use “in” instead of “equals”.
